You can cancel any purchase within 24 hours of sale (unless picked up by you or has been shipped by us) for a full refund. No questions asked. Any cancelation, during transit or under other circumstances will be considered a “return” (see below). If customer cancel an order during transit


Items that have been shipped with UPS ground or courier service can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, the sale is considered “final” and cannot be returned. Please contact us via email to arrange a return. The customer is responsible for insurance and freight back to our showroom.

NOTE! Each returned item must be received back in same condition as shipped. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred (not related to transportation). A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been safely returned to us. If the item has been damaged in transportation, it is the buyer’s responsibility to complete an insurance claim with the carrier and seek restitution from that party. We will not issue refunds for purchases damaged during returns.

Items that are delivered by us, or picked-up by the customer, should be inspected prior to taking possession of the goods. Once the customer has taken possession of an item it cannot be returned and is considered “final sale”.

All our items can be stripped, sanded and completely re-finished by specialists. However, any item for which you request us to refinish, enhance or in any other way modify to your specification is considered a “final sale” upon purchase.
