All our items are the described based on marks, stamps and all other information available to us (to the best of ability). There here is no such thing as "total immunity" from forgery when dealing we pre-owned furniture. As all our items bought Scandinavia from highly credible sellers we do our utmost to safeguard ourselves from misrepresented merchandise.
We will allow 90 days after purchase for the buyer to raise any claims in regard to the genuinity of an item. Upon receipt of such claim in writing followed by a mutually acceptable “expert assessment” we will commence negotiation with buyer to reach a settlement. The amount of restitution (if any) is largely dependent on whether a particular fact was “known” or “should have been known” by us. All such claims will be settled by arbitration. We will not accept any claims made following 90 days after purchase.
